Users can be removed:
-If the User's account no longer has an active ESC Spectrum Maintenance Agreement
-Upon a supervisor's request
-If they have *never* logged on to their account after one year of registration
-If the user has not logged into their account in the past two years
If the user has not logged into their account in the past two years, an email reminder will be sent to the user via the ESC Spectrum Academy's Learning Management System before their account is removed. After 2 weeks, if ESC Spectrum has not logged into the account to keep it active or has not heard from the account holder, the account will be removed.
Account holders can request to be added again to the ESC Spectrum Academy if they meet the criteria (i.e., a customer with an active maintenance agreement) any time after removal.
